Maryann Mason, PhD, joined CHDL in the fall of 2001 as Associate Director. Her primary responsibilities include project development and management. Her current projects include an examination of patterns of reinjury among youth and a study of firearm injuries and fatalities in Chicago. Dr. Mason has over ten years of experience in policy research primarily concerning the needs of low income individuals and families.
