Research Interests 

 

Our laboratory studies the pathogenesis of Kawasaki Disease, the leading cause of acquired heart disease in children in developed nations. Our goal is to determine the pathogenesis of the illness, so that a diagnostic test can be developed, therapy improved, and the illness ultimately prevented.
