For other hardware or software discounts contact Tim Skimina (x56350). Additional discounts may require time to negotiate with the vendor. Please contact Tim Skimina as soon as you are anticipating a purchase or are proposing new equipment in a grant. This includes instruments controlled by a computer.
To purchase a computer or computer related equipment:
- Contact Pete Evans (x56349) or Tim Skimina (x56350) for a quote.
- Have Tim Skimina or Jason Ruprecht sign your completed purchase order (on supply or capital form, as appropriate)
- Computer related supplies (CDs, DVDs, toner, floppy disks, ink, paper) do not need Tim's signature - everything else does.
- Drop off and pickup the signed order - clear DROP OFF and PICK UP boxes in Peg Rainey's office.
- Please continue processing the order as you would normally process purchase orders.
