1. Log in with your CMH username (use "cmmc\<username>") and password.
2. Under the "Public" folders, click on the "+" in front of the "CMIER" folder, then the "+" in front of the "Microscopy and Imaging Sign-up" folder.
3. Choose the instrument for which you wish to reserve time.
4. Check for an available time slot for that instrument on the day you wish to make a reservation (be sure to have the date correct).
NOTE: DO NOT make a reservation that overlaps another user’s existing reservation!
5. Click "New" at the upper left of the calendar view.
6. In the "Subject" line of the appointment window, type your FULL NAME AND LABORATORY AFFILIATION (example: Jason Monroe/Bremer)
9. In the "Location" line, type in the phone extension where you can be reached.
10. Select the "Start Time" and "End Time" for your reservation.
NOTE: Any reservation that violates sign up limits may be deleted by the Microscopy and Imaging Facility staff.
11. Click on "Save and Close" at the top left of the window.
12. Check on the calendar view to verify your reservation.
13. To change or delete a reservation (you can only change or delete reservations that you made), double-click on the reservation on the calendar view, then make changes and click "Save and Close" OR click on the "X" on the toolbar to delete the reservation. Check the calendar view to verify your changes or deletion.
