To All Clinical Research Professionals:

In order to ensure that incoming payments get deposited in a timely manner into the appropriate funds, we kindly request that you include the fund number and PI name on all invoices you send out to your sponsors, and ask them to include that information on all checks submitted to our office, along with a copy of your invoice.  We receive a large number of checks each week, some without any identifying information, and having the fund number and PI name identified up-front will be greatly appreciated.  Additionally, please send a copy of invoices you submit to the sponsor to my attention, via email if possible.
